Restrictions on Service Use

By registering for and/or logging in to a registered account that provides access to the restricted portions of this Service, you represent that you are authorized by Votendo under a separate written agreement or otherwise to undertake these activities. If you are provided with access to restricted portions of the Service, you agree to use your registered account solely for the purpose of maintaining and supporting your Votendo products, or if you are a Votendo authorized dealer, partner, or service provider, your customers’ Votendo products, or as otherwise expressly authorized by Votendo. Registered users with access to restricted portions of the Service may access confidential and/or non-public proprietary information of Votendo, including without limitation, proprietary software, price lists, and technical information. By accessing the account-restricted portions of this Service, you agree to keep such information confidential and to use it solely for the purposes intended based on your underlying relationship with Votendo.
